The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a shopping area. the location was perfect and excellent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. - George Bush International Airport - IAH district was worth staying in. - Everything was simply great.

Large beds, television with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Location very close to the airport shuttle and the airport. Also, next to Waffle House.

The size of the suits was excellent, large bedroom with very comfortable bed, living room was with kitchenette, table, sofa, tv and free speed WiFi. The bathroom was super clean, the room was sound proof I slept comfortably with no noise at all. There is a nice mini gym and a swimming pool. The staff was so helpful, the owner was so generous. He was always around to be sure about gust comfort. They gave me free ride to the shopping center and they pick me up, also the take me to my exam and the pick me up for free!!! It would cost me lot of money if I went by taxi. It is excellent location for who is planning to take usmle cs Houston Center; it is just couple of minutes away. The room was cheap, well-equipped with bathroom including showerhead and bathtub, as for instance, I was pleased. The location was favourable and excellent in the shopping area.

Convenient spot, just a 15-minute drive from the airport! 🚗

The room set up was nice.

I seen a roach walking on the floor. Only stayed because it was late and I couldn't find another place. I was scared the whole time.

I was concerned about the security of the hotel. There was a car missing it's tires in the parking lot. The hallways were extremely hot. But the service made up for these inconvenieces

I reserved a junior suite as the sofa made into a bed. My son and I were staying in the suite and I gave him the bed because he has a bad back. When I pulled the sofa bed out, old popcorn fell out of it and it had no sheets, blankets, or pillows on the bed or anywhere in the room. My son called twice for extra pillows and sheets for my bed. We had driven all the way from West Texas (a 9 hour drive) to pick up his wife from Intercontinental Airport. I was so tired that he just took the bedspread from the bed and I laid it on the mattress and rolled up in it and went to sleep.I let the front desk clerk know that I slept on a sofa bed with no sheets, no extra pillows, and no extra blankets. She said she would let the manager know. It seems that staff were spread way too thin in the evening to accomodate the residents. The shuttle service however was excellent.
